Our E. Honolulu wastewater operation has an opening for a Lab Technician who will be responsible for collecting samples, performing analyses, and initiating chemical dosage changes. Maintain equipment and continuous process control monitors. Operate and maintain bacteriological lab and perform microbiological analysis. 
Requires high school degree/equiv and 5-7 years of related lab experience, preferably with wastewater utility. Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and perform work in varying climatic conditions. Knowledge of basic chemistry and lab techniques required as well as familiarity with EPA and DNR rules/regulations. Must possess and maintain a valid HI driver’s license w/good driving record. Must be able to work on-call hours, overtime and weekend/holiday emergency work.
